Kate Scherr-Adams is the owner and lead consultant with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Kate works with several highly skilled colleagues with a variety of lived experiences and professional skills with whom she engages in projects based

on the needs of the client.

Kate merges the fields of Social Work and Nonprofit Management to help teams navigate organizational challenges and develop strategies for achieving positive community impact and social justice. With over two decades of experience, Kate is a skilled strategist, trainer and facilitator with insight, passion, and energy in skillfully managing and enhancing programs, people and projects.

In 2011, Kate founded KS Solutions Consulting to provide professional development solutions and improve organizational effectiveness for nonprofit and public sector organizations. Her approach is deeply rooted in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) principles and  fostering workplace wellness. Kate worked in the nonprofit sector for 15 years prior to starting her consulting practice so approaches client work realistically and with understanding.
